About me

Hi. I'm an LA-based Creative Director working on projects and brands big and small, including Tokyo-based FLOWFUSHI, a cosmetics brand I have been helping prepare for a rebrand/relaunch for the global market and a 2019 US launch.

I was previously Executive Creative Director of WONGDOODY LA for four years, where I developed the Wongtern internship program, launched the Women in Advertising scholarship, led a refresh of the agency identity, and helped WONGDOODY win an Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year award, twice. I also co-founded of the consultancy June Cleaver Is Dead, which explores how marketers can better understand and connect with moms today. A few months ago I wrote a blog entry that got a spot pulled off the air. It needed to go.

Before that I was Creative Director at Creature in Seattle for 3 years, leading the agency's two biggest clients, Dickies and Truvia. I also helped launch the "n An Absolut World" campaign for Absolut Vodka, the brand's first new campaign in 20 years, while at TBWA Chiat/Day New York.

Learn more about me here. Here's even more things about me. And this Exceptional Women out West podast from The Drum with Doug Zanger was super fun to do. Here’s why I believe having kids makes you a better creative director. Now you know everything.

My awards include Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Communications Arts Design Annual and Ad Annual – and I have judged One Show, Communication Arts, The 3% Conference Athena Awards, the AdAge Small Agency Awards, Clios, and whole lotta regional shows. I’m a proud MAIP alumni and supporter of female leadership, diverse teams, and introverts. I am also proud to be the mom to creative and very silly nine-year old identical twin boys.
